Shifting Seasons

Autumn is my favourite time of year. Temperatures drop, the lush greens of summer give way to a riot of yellows, golds and reds, frosty mornings beckon, all essential components for a good walk.

For me, walking is the perfect way to gain clarity on what it is that I want. Blustery winds blow away the cobwebs and I see life more clearly. What have I been clinging to that no longer serves me and I need to be let go of? What am I lacking and want to incorporate more of in the future? It isn’t that these things are bad or good, more that they no longer suit the stage of life I am in. Clearing my head with a walk and letting go of these things helps to create space (often literally as well as figuratively) to let the things that you want in.

Change doesn’t happen overnight and now is the perfect time to start planting bulbs, so that it the spring you see the blooms from the work that you have put in over the winter.

If you know where you want to start moving towards, get in touch with me and I can help you create a plan to turn your dream into reality.
